At EdenScapes, your dedicated account manager serves as your point of contact and regularly visits your property to evaluate its condition. They identify concerns, coordinate work with our crews, and look for opportunities to improve your landscape and your experience with us.

Landscape maintenance services
Your lawn, planting beds, and outdoor systems each need a different kind of attention. Our maintenance programs let you combine the services that suit your property, with clear expectations about what’s included.
Lawn mowing, edging, and cleanup
Our base lawn maintenance program includes routine mowing, edging, and blowing to keep your lawn neat and your outdoor spaces presentable.
Available schedules include 36, 42, or 48 lawn visits per year. We’ll recommend a schedule during the proposal process based on your property and the level of service you’re looking for.
Flower bed and horticultural maintenance
Our horticultural maintenance program cares for the planted areas that give your landscape its shape, texture, and character.
The base program includes weeding, pruning, fertilization, insect and disease control, and one mulching per year. With regular attention to your beds, our team helps maintain their appearance while addressing the ongoing needs of your plants.
Horticultural service schedules range from four to 48 visits per year, with options for 12, 18, or 24 visits to match your maintenance needs.
CLEAN & GREEN lawn treatments
Mowing is one part of lawn care. Our CLEAN & GREEN Lawn program adds scheduled fertilization and insect, weed, and disease control to support the condition of your turf.
This optional program includes seven lawn applications per year and can be added to your base lawn maintenance service.
Seasonal and specialty care
Seasonal flowers and plant replacements
Seasonal flower rotations bring fresh color and interest to your landscape. We offer two or three annual flower replacements per year, using our layered approach to bed design.
Custom plant replacement plans are also available to help refresh your planting areas as your landscape changes. Seasonal flower rotations are an add-on to the base horticultural program.
Mulching and seasonal cleanups
Our base horticultural program includes one mulching per year, with an additional mulching available as an optional service.
We also offer seasonal cleanups to help keep your landscape orderly and cared for as needs change throughout the year.
Irrigation and landscape lighting maintenance
Scheduled irrigation checks and adjustments can be added to your maintenance package, with options for three, four, or 12 visits per year.
Landscape lighting maintenance is also available. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your existing systems and identify the maintenance services to include in your proposal.
A maintenance plan that fits your landscape
Some properties need regular lawn service and monthly flower bed care. Others benefit from more frequent horticultural visits, seasonal planting, and scheduled irrigation attention.

What does landscape maintenance cost?
Simple lawn maintenance starts around $250 per month for properties under 10,000 square feet. Base flower bed maintenance for a small property starts around $300 per month.
Bundled Maintenance Packages start from $450-$750 per month. Your quote will reflect your property’s size, service frequency, and selected programs. Lawn maintenance and flower bed maintenance are separate starting points; your proposal will show the cost of your particular combination.
We also offer flexibility in how services are billed. You can spread the planned annual cost across 12 monthly payments or pay for recurring monthly services while paying for items such as seasonal flowers and mulching when they occur.
A consultation gives us the opportunity to assess your property and provide a specific recommendation.

What’s included in the base maintenance programs?
Our base lawn program includes mowing, edging, and blowing. Our base horticultural program includes weeding, pruning, insect and disease control, fertilization, and one mulching per year.
CLEAN & GREEN lawn treatments, seasonal flower rotations, additional mulching, and irrigation maintenance are optional additions. Your proposal identifies exactly which services you’ve selected.
How often will you visit my property?
Most clients receive 36 lawn visits and 12 horticultural visits per year. We also offer other frequencies, depending on the service and your property’s needs. Your maintenance proposal sets out the schedule for each selected program.
Is a maintenance agreement required?
Yes. Maintenance services require an agreement. Your proposal will explain the term, scope of work, service schedule, and payment arrangement before you begin.
Will the same crew maintain my property?
A regular crew will be assigned to your property. Staff absences and weather-related schedule changes can sometimes require another team to cover a visit. Your dedicated account manager remains your point of contact for questions or concerns.
Can you maintain my irrigation system and change flowers seasonally?
Yes. Irrigation checks and adjustments and seasonal flower rotations can be included as add-on services. Irrigation schedules include three, four, or 12 visits per year, and seasonal flower programs offer two or three replacements per year.
What if something needs attention after a visit?
Contact your dedicated account manager. They’ll work with you and the crew to address the concern directly. Regular property evaluations also help us identify work that needs attention as your landscape changes.
Can you help with landscape improvements as well as maintenance?
Yes. We offer one-time enhancement projects alongside ongoing maintenance. Enhancement projects typically start at $750, with most ranging from $2,500 to $7,500. Talk with your account manager or consultant about the improvements you have in mind.
Can you maintain a landscape you designed and built?
Yes. EdenScapes provides design, construction, and ongoing maintenance, allowing you to continue working with one company as your outdoor space develops. Most of our Build clients move into a maintenance plan after their project is completed.
