Our design team creates comprehensive plans that consider the building’s architecture, sustainability goals, client preferences, and future needs. Landscape planning also addresses the development-code requirements that apply to the project.

Commercial bid / build
EdenScapes installs commercial landscapes from approved plans, working closely with the general contractor, the landscape architect, and the needs of the property. Our crews handle the full scope: grading, drainage, commercial irrigation, hardscape, planting, lighting, and water features.
We stay coordinated with the design and construction teams from bid through closeout, so the schedule holds and the finished site matches the plans. When the project is complete, our maintenance team can keep the landscape looking its best for years to come.
03 / Care & maintain
Commercial maintenance
Keep your property welcoming and well cared for with landscape maintenance for HOAs, restaurants, shopping centers, and other commercial sites.
A dedicated account manager visits the property regularly and sends written status reports to the property manager. One point of contact brings multiple property services together.
Most packages combine lawn mowing and fertilization, landscape maintenance, and irrigation system maintenance for one flat monthly price. Tree care, holiday lighting, pressure washing, and other services are also available.

Essential planning
UDC Requirement Landscape Plan
$1,800–$2,200
Includes specifying Tree, Shrub, & Turf locations, quantities, sizes, varieties, and UDC fulfillment details. This is the entry-level package.
Custom approach
Custom Landscape Plan
$2,500–$2,800
UDC Requirements and/or Alternate Compliance
Includes fulfilling the UDC requirements, but with alternate compliance recommendations. This alternate compliance plan suggests configurations and enhancements that consider the architectural style and features of the building, along with current styles and trends, in order to produce a Design that is custom for the property.
Additional design services
Irrigation System Addition$850-$1050
Includes detailed drawings showing sleeve layout, mainline pipe layout, head and valve configuration, & Controller location, irrigating all green spaces shown on plans.
Schematic Drainage System Addition$650-$850
Includes detailed drawings showing pipe configurations and layout, & inlet type & size. Drainage Drawings are for Landscape & Lawn Drainage only and are designed to be installed with the current flow of water as designed for the property, and therefore do not include elevations.
LED Lighting System Addition$450-$650
Includes detailed drawings showing wire size and layout, fixture & transformer locations, and specifications/model numbers for transformers & fixtures.
Paver Parking, Walkway, or Patio Areas$350-$450
Includes detailed drawings showing construction details, layout, and product specifications.
