Designed by landscape architect Ali Pugh, this backyard went from a blank slate to a fully custom outdoor living space, and EdenScapes built all of it. Our work covered the pool, the deck and hardscape, the landscaping, irrigation, drainage, and lighting. Diana Royale marble pavers run from the back door, around the pool, and out to the grill and seating areas, tying the outdoor spaces back to the home. Behind the pool, a step-down area connects the raised pool deck to the open lawn, adding dimension along with an easy transition between levels. The custom pool is the centerpiece, with built-in ledges for lounging in the water, decorative waterline tile, and a waterfall that adds movement and sound you can enjoy from the patio.

Planting beds around the pool and patio soften the clean lines of the marble and frame views across the yard without competing with the pool. A dedicated butterfly garden creates a quieter spot. Pollinator-friendly plantings surround a bistro seating area, reached by a stone paver path accented with dwarf mondo grass. Below the surface, irrigation and drainage keep the landscape healthy and the yard dry after heavy rains. Low-profile lighting along the beds and walkways carries the space into the evening, giving the family room to swim, gather, entertain, or simply enjoy the garden.
