UDC Requirement Landscape Plan – $1800-$2200
Includes specifying Tree, Shrub, & Turf locations, quantities, sizes, varieties, and UDC fulfillment details. This is the entry-level package.
Custom Landscape Plan – $2500-$2800 (UDC Requirements and/or Alternate Compliance)
Includes fulfilling the UDC requirements, but with alternate compliance recommendations. This alternate compliance plan suggests configurations and enhancements that consider the architectural style and features of the building, along with current styles and trends, in order to produce a Design that is custom for the property.
Irrigation System Addition – $850-$1050
Includes detailed drawings showing sleeve layout, mainline pipe layout, head and valve configuration, & Controller location, irrigating all green spaces shown on plans.
Schematic Drainage System Addition – $650-$850
Includes detailed drawings showing pipe configurations and layout, & inlet type & size. Drainage Drawings are for Landscape & Lawn Drainage only and are designed to be installed with the current flow of water as designed for the property, and therefore do not include elevations.
LED Lighting System Addition – $450-$650
Includes detailed drawings showing wire size and layout, fixture & transformer locations, and specifications/model numbers for transformers & fixtures.
Paver Parking, Walkway, or Patio Areas – $350-$450
Includes detailed drawings showing construction details, layout, and product specifications.
